Bharat Ki App – Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how users of Bharat Ki App (listed on Google Play as Bharat Ki App) can request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data.


How to request account deletion

Follow these steps to delete your Bharat Ki App account and personal data:

  1. Open the Bharat Ki App and sign in with your registered phone number (if you still have access).
  2. Go to Me → open the menu → tap Privacy & Security to review what data is public vs private.
  3. Send an email to support@bharatki.app with the subject line: Delete my Bharat Ki App account.
  4. In the email, include your registered phone number (with country code) and, if possible, your display name as shown in the app.
  5. We will verify your identity and email you when deletion is complete (usually within 30 days).

If you cannot access the app, you may still email us from any address; we will verify ownership using your registered phone number.

Processing time & retention period

We aim to complete account deletion within 30 days of verifying your request. During this period your account may be deactivated and you may not be able to sign in. Residual backup data is removed within 90 days unless a longer period is required by law.
